What Is Atlas?

Your TWW Training Library, Instantly Searchable

Atlas is an AI-powered assistant that lets you ask questions and get answers pulled directly from TWW's official training videos. Every answer comes verbatim from your training content — Atlas doesn't browse the internet or make things up.

Think of it as a search engine for your training videos — except instead of showing you a list of links, it reads the content and gives you a direct answer, with the source video right there to verify.

Key principle: If the answer is in your training library, Atlas will find it. If it isn't, Atlas will tell you.

Asking a Question

How to Ask

Click inside the search box in the center of the screen.

Type your question in plain, conversational language.

Atlas will search the library and return an answer in a few seconds.

The Answer Card

Your answer appears in a card below the search box. The green header confirms the answer came from TWW's training content. The answer text is pulled verbatim from the training transcripts and organized into bullet points where applicable.

The Sources Section

Below the answer, you'll see the training videos the answer was pulled from. Each source shows the video title, a timestamp for the relevant section, a brief excerpt, and a Watch Video button that opens the video in a new tab at the right moment.

Best practice: Always verify important clinical decisions by watching the source video. Atlas gives you the summary — the video gives you the full reasoning.

When Atlas Can't Find an Answer

If Atlas says a topic isn't covered, it may mean the training video hasn't been loaded into the system yet, or your question used different terminology than what appears in the transcripts. Try rephrasing with different words.

Your Question History

The History Sidebar

Every question you ask is saved to your personal history in the left sidebar. Your history is private — only you and administrators can see it. It's saved across devices, so it's always available wherever you log in.

Reload a past answer: Click any item in the sidebar to instantly reload the full answer and sources.

Delete an item: Hover over any history item and click the X button that appears. This removes it from your view only — administrators can still see it in the system logs.

Tips for Better Results

• Be specific — Include the clinical context in your question.

• Use TWW terminology — Match the language used in training videos (e.g., say "DUTCH test," not just "hormone panel").

• Rephrase if needed — If results don't seem right, try asking the same thing with different words.

• Watch the video — The written answer is a summary. The video has the full context.

• Don't worry about typos — Atlas handles misspellings and abbreviations intelligently.

• Atlas only knows TWW content — It won't pull from outside medical sources.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can anyone see my questions?

Your questions are private from other doctors and staff. Authorized administrators can see all questions for quality assurance purposes, as disclosed in the Terms of Use.

Why did Atlas say there's no info on something I know is covered?

The training video may not have been loaded into Atlas yet, or your question used different terminology than what appears in the transcript. Try rephrasing or contact your administrator.

Can I use Atlas on my phone?

Yes. Atlas works on any device with a browser. The history sidebar is hidden on smaller screens to save space, but all core features work on mobile.

How current is the information in Atlas?

Atlas contains the training videos that have been loaded by your administrators. New training sessions are added over time. If content from a recent training isn't showing up, it may not have been added yet.

Who do I contact if something isn't working?

Contact your TWW administrator for login issues, missing content, or technical problems.
